The growing season was challenging, but rain in December filled out the fruit. The berry sizes were small with bunch counts down on last year, but the crops held up well. A run of dry weather in January, while maintaining good moisture in the ground, allowed the vines to remain stress free and ensured another good vintage for the region, making three in a row.
