Our Hunter Valley winery in Pokolbin, established in the late 1960s, is home to McGuigan and Tempus Two, renowned for its artisanal approach and internationally acclaimed Semillon. With a warm climate tempered by Pacific Ocean breezes, the Hunter Valley is one of Australia’s premier grape growing regions, harvesting early each year. Grapes for this wine were sourced from 30-year-old vines at Hunter Ridge Vineyard, machine-harvested in the cool morning, and carefully processed. Only the finest first-run juice was retained, fermented for 12 days, and meticulously stabilized, filtered, and bottled - preserving its purity and vibrant character.
