Situated east of Adelaide, Adelaide Hills has a moderate maritime climate and is one of Australia's most elevated and coolest grape-growing regions. Ample rainfall, warm summer days, and mild evenings provide ideal conditions for varieties suited to cool climates.
The machine-harvested grapes for this wine were transported to our Buronga Hill Winery for processing and cold settling. After racking the clear juice was then transported to our Hunter Valley Winery for vinification.
After fermentation, the wine was heat and cold stabilized then filtered and bottled early to maintain freshness.
