Fruit was sourced from the renowned Hunter Ridge vineyard in the sub region of Pokolbin.
The irrigated vines are planted on south facing slope using the VSP Trellis system. Grapes were machined harvested in the cool of the morning and immedietly transported to the winery for processing.
After a light pressing the juice was vinified in a mixture of stainless steel tanks and older French oak barrels using the DV10 strain of yeast.
After fermentation the wine wine was blended, filtered, then bottled early to maximise freshness.
