Overview

Located on the South West slopes of NSW the Hilltops is considered a cool climate region that produces red wines of elegance. A region well suited to the Malbec variety, the vines were grown on rootstocks, and the fruit was machine harvested in the cool of the morning. The Limestone Coast is famous for producing highly structured red wines with intense dark fruit characters. The fruit was machine harvested in daylight—a truly perfect pairing of vines to create a rich and silky Malbec.
