The fruit for this wine was sourced from the Jubilee Vineyard, Riverland which contains sandy loams soils. The Vineyard is irrigated by drip and water is sourced from the Murray River.
The vines are mechanically pruned and machine harvested.
After one week the grapes were processed through the crusher and pressed into tank. Absolutely minimal handling was conducted and as a result the tannins are in balance.
The wine was matured in older French oak barrels for approximately 5 months before receiving a light fining and bottled.
