A soft medium weight wine with a juicy berry flavour and a background vanilla influence. The viognier adds a floral dimension as well as creating a silky soft finish that slides down the throat easily.

Upfront dark berry fruit aroma of the shiraz with a floral lift from the viognier with an underlying smoky oak character.

 

This is the perfect wine for the Australian lifestyle; going particularly well with BBQ meats, pizza, lamb or tomato based pasta.

 

This wine is drinking well now, although will also provide good drinking over the next couple of years.
