The wine
Sourced from low cropping dry farmed fruit in the famed Coonawarra region. this wine has lovely dark fruit flavours balanced out by vanillin characters from oak maturation and a soft tannin structure. A strong and full bodied cabernet that is typical of the Coonawarra region.

Aroma
Lovely cherry and blackberry on the nose with hints of cedar in the background.

Food Match
Such a rich and powerful wine would match perfectly with red meats like grilled lamb backstrap and ratatouille.

Cellaring 
Drinking well now but cellar for the next 5-10 years.
